APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice may transfer the booking fee to a new appointment date (one transfer only).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in the loss of the booking fee and may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
If treatment cannot be safely completed due to late arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.
Consultation & Medical Information
Clients must complete a consultation form and disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding status.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment being refused.
Age Restriction
Injectable aesthetic treatments are only available to clients aged 18 years and over.
Valid photographic ID may be requested at any appointment.
Children & Guests
Due to insurance and safety requirements, children, babies and additional guests are not permitted to attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
Payments
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment by cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Treatment will not be carried out until full payment has been received.
Results & Refunds
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds are not provided for treatments that have been completed.
Any concerns regarding treatment results should be raised with the clinic as soon as possible so that an appropriate review can be arranged.
Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records.
Images will only be used for marketing purposes with your written consent.
Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interests.
