Booking & Deposits
• A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards your total on the day
• Please only book when you’re 100% sure you can make it — deposits are non-transferable.
Cancellations & Reschedules
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48–24 hours before your appointment
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of your appointment.
• Being 15+ minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled (please message me if you’re running behind — I’ll always try to accommodate where I can).
Appointments
• Please arrive with no makeup on — clean skin helps me give you the best results!
• A patch test & consultation form must be completed before certain treatments (please contact me to arrange this).
• Please follow all aftercare advice given to you to keep your results beautiful and long-lasting
• Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer

• If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please let me know before booking.
• Under 18s must have parental consent (and may not be eligible for some treatments).
• For hygiene reasons, please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise agreed
• I may take photos/videos of your treatment for social media — please let me know if you’d prefer not to be featured
