Be Sundries offer a standard no refund policy for the 25% deposit made on all bookings, either by walk-in, phone calls or online. Any cancelation of bookings that is not of fault or reason of Be Sundries will NOT be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to alter a booking, providing we have at least 24 hours’ notice, we will be happy to do this.
Bookings are only valid when customers make their 25% deposit 24hours after they made the booking and receive the payment link or reminder.
We have the right to cancel confirmed booking if customers do not pay their 25% deposit 24 hours after we have sent the payment link to make a deposit
Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.
As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late for more than 20 mins may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please let us know if you know you are going to be over 20 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.
Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:
- Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

Can I wash my Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs in the shower?
Yes, you can wash them (for example after you use the gym), but once a week is usually enough. Use normal shampoo, or anti dandruff product which will help clean Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs and scalp better. If your own hair is longer than 4 inches, you can still use hair conditioners, but if its shorter, I wouldn't recommended it. Rinse your hair very well after shampoo or hair conditioner, use big towel and wrap all your hair, leave it for 30-40 minutes to dry and finish off with hairdryer.
Hi I was wondering if the application of the Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs will damage your own hair?
Everyone has different kind of hair and condition, if your hair is weak or thin, I wouldn't recommend any extensions, but if normal - not too dry, not damaged and not too weak - girls have no problems, and hair grow nice and quick under the dreadlocks. I plat dreadlocks into your natural hair, there is no glue, no micro beads, no keratin bonds.
How often do I have to re-apply my Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs?
Every 6-7 weeks you have to remove Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs extensions, and if u like, put them back on.
What lengths and colors of Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs are available in the salon? You can go for full head or half head or even few single Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs between natural hair. Any length and color is available from 10 - 24 inches in any colors: black, pink, red, yellow, orange, blue, white, silver, green, purple, lighter or darker, pastels or bright neon colors ... any ombre style or candy Braids and synthetic dreadlocks or FauxLocs. You can mix couple of colors all together and wrap them in another crazy color. Just create your own style and design, and have a good fun :)

After saturating your hair with conditioner, I will undo your dreadlocks from the tips using a rat tail comb. This is a really long process but it is totally worth it! This service can take between 4h to 24h+ depending on the length of the dreads, the size, how long you’ve been wearing dreads and if you would like to keep the whole length or not.
It is quite tricky and almost impossible to provide an estimated service duration as you can imagine.
Micro braids /locs are tiny braids/twists so small they often resemble thick strands of hair. As you might imagine, micro braids take hours to install and sometimes even days depending on the number of people working on them ...with human hair you can use them to start you locs journey. Clients provides their own extension as extensions are not included in cost. This service takes between 36hours to 40hrs and needs to be splitted into 3days
The term "detox" means getting rid of all the unhealthy residues that damage your natural hair in one way or the other. For dreads, it means getting rid of all the buildup from products, serums, oils, dirt, and lint accumulated in the dreadlocks during the locs journey. Detox dreads is a method that is focused on deep cleaning of the head by removing every kind of buildup.
Since the dared locks are matted hair that is tightly locked, they easily trap the products such as odors, dirt particles, and more into the locs and refuse to come out with usual cleaning and head washing methods. A complete detox requires some extra effort by using some specific hair care products that help remove all the buildup.
