When making a booking through our online system you will be required to input your payment details, no payments will be made until the appointment. However, if you fail to attend an appointment Beauty by Lily May have the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost.
All appointments require a 48 hours notice in the case of cancellation, if you cancel within the 48 hours there will be a 50% fee.
Patch tests must be booked when booking any lash or brow treatment that require tint/lift solution. This should be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, Beauty by Lily May has the right to refuse treatment if you have not had a patch done prior to the appointment.
If you, or anyone in your household have had a stomach bug please reschedule your appointment for at least 72 hours after the last bout of illness. Treatment may be refused if you turn up to your appointment unwell.
If a nail lifts or chips within 48 hours of application we will fix this free of charge. Any damage after the 48 hour time period will be charge £2 per nail.
