• if you are over ten minutes late, this will result in needing to rebook your appointment
• cash is preferred but i also have a card machine that you can use & it accepts apple pay
• cancelling after 72 hours will mean you lose your deposit, 24 hours notice for a cancellation will require 100% of payment to be paid & i wont accept any future bookings till these costs have been paid
• all first time bookings will now require a £10 booking fee this is deductible from your final appointment •
