At BeautyLuxeEssex, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality treatments. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Bookings

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment

• Please arrive on time to ensure your full treatment can be carried out

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes

• Deposits are non-refundable if less than 72 hours’ notice is given

• No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings

Patch Testing

• Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours prior to tinting or lash treatments

• Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled

• BeautyLuxeEssex is not liable for reactions where patch testing has been declined

Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe

• Treatments are not suitable if you have infections, open wounds, or certain eye conditions

Results & Aftercare

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair growth, and aftercare

• Aftercare advice must be followed to maintain the best results

• We are not responsible for poor results due to failure to follow aftercare instructions

Refunds & Complaints

• Due to the nature of the treatments, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed

• If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue
