
Booking & Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable
With more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment (one time only)
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment price
Patch Testing: Patch tests are required for all new clients booking tinting, lamination or LVL treatments. (A new patch test may be required if you have not had a treatment within the last 6 months or if there have been any changes to your medical history).
These must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit lost.
Treatment Suitability: Some treatments may not be suitable due to medical conditions, allergies or contraindications.
By booking, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if necessary for your safety.
Payments: A deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
My preferred payment methods are cash or bank transfer. Details for bank transfer will be provided if needed.
Children & Guests: To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the treatments, refunds are not offered. However, if you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and resolve where possible.
