Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment so you can enjoy your full treatment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full payment will still be required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This allows me to offer the space to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in you loosing your booking fee

Booking Fee

A booking may be required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance.

Consultation Forms

Where required, consultation forms must be completed prior to your appointment. This ensures your treatment is safe and tailored to you.

Health & Medical Conditions

Please inform me of any medical conditions, medications, or changes to your health before your appointment, as this may affect your treatment.

Right to Refuse Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary for safety or suitability.
