A booking fee of £10.00 is needed to secure your appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours is needed to do this if it is less than 24 hours you will lose your deposit

If you need to swap your appointment 24 hours is needed if only 1 swap of appointments is allowed

If you do not turn up to your appointment and don't let me know that you can't make it you will be charged 50% of your booking

If you have any problems with your treatment please let me know within 3 days so I can help to resolve your complaint
