Please take a moment to read through my booking terms before your appointment.
By booking with By Shannon, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.
These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both you and me.
• Location
All appointments are carried out from my private home studio in Runwell.
The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• Bookings
Appointments are made through my online booking system.
No deposit is required at the time of booking; however, card details must be saved securely to confirm your appointment.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or a no-show.
• Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late, you must let me know as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and your card will be charged the full amount.
•Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older for all nail and brow treatments.
• Patch Tests
A patch test is required for all brow treatments at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If a patch test has not been carried out, your appointment will be cancelled and a charge may apply.
• Guests & Children
To maintain a calm and safe environment, no guests or children are permitted at appointments.
Exceptions may be made in rare circumstances with prior approval.
•Aftercare & Results
Aftercare advice will always be provided following your treatment.
Please follow this guidance carefully, as I cannot be held responsible for results affected by improper aftercare.
• Health & Safety
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have disclosed any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications that may affect your treatment.
It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
By Shannon cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from withheld or incorrect information.
• Refunds & Repairs
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
If you experience any issues with your treatment, please contact me within 72 hours, and I’ll be happy to offer a complimentary fix where appropriate.
After 72 hours, repairs will be chargeable.
• Photos & Social Media
On occasion, I may take photos or videos of my work for portfolio or social media use.
By booking, you agree that any images taken during or after your appointment may be used for promotional purposes.
•Liability Disclaimer
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care, using professional-grade products and hygiene standards.
While every precaution is taken to ensure your comfort and safety, By Shannon is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or issues that may occur during or after your treatment — especially if pre-existing conditions or allergies have not been disclosed.
• Agreement
By booking an appointment with By Shannon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
