CharLuxe Nails - Terms and Conditions By booking an appointment with CharLuxe Nails, you agree to the following terms: - 🤍Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. • The full service fee will still apply for shortened appointments due to late arrival. - 🤍No-Shows • A no-show (missing your appointment without notice) will result in the loss of your deposit. • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. - 🤍Deposits • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-transferable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. • Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment. - 🤍Allergies • Clients are required to disclose any allergies prior to their appointment, especially to products such as latex, acrylic, or gel products. • CharLuxe Nails will not be held liable for any reactions that occur if allergies were not disclosed before the service. - 🤍Aftercare • Clients will receive aftercare instructions after their service. • It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure the longevity of their nails. • Charluxe Nails is not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare or client negligence. - 🤍Right to Refuse Service • CharLuxe Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour. • Service will also be refused to clients presenting with infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions on the hands or nails to ensure health and safety. ⸻ By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
