Please Read Before Booking

Deposits & Cancellations

To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking, the deposit is normally kept, but I’m always happy to chat if there are special circumstances.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount, so if something comes up, please just let me know to avoid this.

Running Late

If you’re running late, I’ll always do my best to give you the full treatment, but sometimes it may need to be cut short so I don’t run behind for the next client.

Men’s Appointments

As I work from home, all men’s appointments are booked for times when my partner is in the house for security reasons.
