Aftercare


General advice - post massage

Post massage you may feel a little drozt or woozy or and quite tender. Please avoid heavy or intense exercise in the immediate 24 hours after massage. Increase your water intake as we are trying to flush out whatever we have moved around your boyd through deep tissue massage and if necessary up your food and sleep - this is your bodies natural response to the healing process If you have had cupping you may have some bruising. This is normal. If you feel any of your symptoms are adverse. Severe or uncommon please reach out Immediatly. Your body should start to feel and move better post massage
