Terms & Conditions

All Bookings are subject to 100% Payment on Booking. Clients can Manage, Change or Move their booking up to 24 hours ahead of their booked Appt. Cancellations can be made outside of 24 Hour window, not after. Refunds are not issued in cases of Lateness or Cancellations made within the 24 hour window. LATENESS: Your Therapist will wait for up to 10 minutes and after 10 minutes lateness window has expired & no Treatment will be possible. Any payment made will be retained to cover this Client booked Diary Time. No refunds or transfers of funds will be made in any circumstances including Lateness due to Transport Issues, Personal Circumstances, Sickness on the day or for any other reason.

We are a 16’s and over Salon, No Children allowed on the Premises. we will be unable to fulfill your Appointment without refund in cases of arriving with Under 16’s.

We are trained in Female Waxing only and offer services in Female Waxing only.

There is absolutely NO Bike Storage inside the Salon so bring Bike Locks for outside storage only.

Small (no biggies) coiffed & well behaved dogs are welcome.

We reserve the right to refuse Service without refund in the case of threatening or disrespectful behaviour.

NO food or drink allowed in salon.
