To get the most benefit from your massage, please follow these aftercare tips: Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage. Rest: Allow your body to relax. Avoid intense physical activity for the next 24 hours if possible. Eat light: A healthy, light meal will support the detoxification process. Warm bath: Taking a warm (not hot) bath with Epsom salts can ease any soreness and further relax your muscles. Listen to your body: It’s normal to feel a bit sore, especially after a deep tissue massage. This should subside within a day or two.
