Please arrive on time. If you are later than 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the amount of the service.

If you cancel later than 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost! If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service you have booked!

You cannot rebook until you have paid the fee!

New colour clients are required to have a patch test and consultation. You cannot have a colour without doing so!
