Waxing information
Here at K G Beauty I provide a variety of waxing treatments ranging from body waxing to face.
Each treatment is tailored to you and your expectations from the treatment, I do a thorough consultation prior to treatment beginning.
The waxing system I use depends on the treatment, I use PHD Safewax for areas such as legs. For more intimate areas I use hot wax for a more comfortable treatment.
Waxing Preparation
- Shower prior to your appointment.
- Ensure that hair growth is at minimum 4 weeks growth for best results.
- Do not trim hair prior to appointment, if this is required it can be done during the treatment.
- Exfoliate the area 24-48 hours prior to appointment.
- Avoid any saunas/steam rooms or deep heat treatments prior to appointment.
- Avoid using sun beds or sunbathing for 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid sensitivity or possibility of skin lifting.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing.
- Please let me know if you are taking any antibiotics as this can cause skin sensitivity.
