LBL'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Please give at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule (choose your preference).
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in no service.
  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Lateness Policy
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with loss of deposit.
Fixes/Issues
  • If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary fix (where appropriate).
  • Fixes are at the discretion of the technician and must be booked in advance.
Patch Tests
  • Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g., tinting, lash lifts) at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Failure to attend a patch test may result in refusal of treatment.
Health & Safety
  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures.
  • LBL reserves the right to refuse a service if it may compromise your health or our safety standards.
Personal Belongings
  • LBL is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your visit.
Photos & Social Media
  • With your consent, we may take photos of your treatment results for social media or marketing.
  • You may request not to be photographed.
