• More than 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before your appointment will not incur any charges.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows
Cancelling or rescheduling on the day of your appointment, or failing to attend your appointment without notice, will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost, payable before rebooking.
