TERMS & CONDITIONS Welcome to The Training Hub London, a beauty collective and training academy. Thank you so much for choosing to book in with us, please read the following TE/Cs before.
DEPOSITS ALL treatments require a deposit to be booked. Deposits will be deducted from the total price of the treatment and the remaining balance is to be paid in CASH on the day of the appointment.
LATENESS POLICY Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME. We do not have an accessible waiting area so please make sure you arrive at the appointment time and NOT earlier. *If there is a possibility that you will arrive late please ensure to let me know ASAP. I give a 15 MINUTE grace period before your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited, you will then need to make a new booking on an alternative date.
CANCELLATION POLICY If under any circumstances you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment date, will result in a £30 cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying me or cancelling via the email link, you will have to pay the FULL amount of the missed appointment before being able to book in again. You will also need to pay for the new appointment IN FULL when making the booking.
CHANGES / ADJUSTMENTS TO APPOINTMENTS If you need to make any changes to your appointment (for example, you have booked in for multiple treatments and no longer require one of your treatments) - this must be done 48 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment date. Any changes made WITHIN the 48 hour window or on the day of the appointment will incur the original booking price cost. Changes made on such short notice will be treated as a last minute cancellation and you will be required to pay the FULL amount of your booking.
PLUS ONES NO PLUS ONES OR CHILDREN are allowed at the appointment.

It provides strength and structure to the natural nail and is available in a variety colours for a natural finish. This service is recommended to be maintained with infills every 3-4 weeks. It is NOT SUITABLE for clients wanting long nails.

Gel extensions are full covered tips that come in variety of pre shaped nails & lengths which are applied over the whole natural nail surface. They are lightweight natural in their appearance and have inbuilt structure, apex to ensure durability. They are the ideal way to add length to your nails while maintaining a natural sleek appearance. Colour of your choice.

Acrylic is designed to guarantee artificial nails with strong structure. It is then given the desired shape, where it hardens in place to add strength, length and thickness to the nails. Cover colour of your choice.
