✅ What To Do: Keep the area clean and dry for at least 24 hours.

Wear loose clothing to avoid irritation from friction.

Apply a soothing lotion or aloe vera gel to calm any redness or sensitivity.

Exfoliate gently after 48-72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Continue 2-3 times per week.

Stay hydrated—healthy skin starts from within!

❌ What To Avoid (First 24-48 Hours): 🚿 Hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms

🏋️ Excessive sweating (e.g., gym workouts or sunbathing)

🌞 Direct sun exposure or tanning beds

🧴 Perfumed lotions, deodorants, or harsh products
