NAIL POLICIES

Infills all the prices a full set as it takes just as long to do a fresh set and uses just as much products.

I DO NOT INFILL THE NAIL TECHNICIANS WORK AND DO NOT REMOVE THEM AS I DON’T KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN USED ON YOUR NAILS AND WHAT CONDITION THEY ARE IN.

when booking a full set, please arrive with nothing on your nails if not followed you’ll be charged for removal on top of your full set.

LASH LIFT & BROW POLICIES

Please arrive with NO makeup on your lashes or brow appointments, please arrive on time to your appointment. You are required a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment to confirm you aren’t allergic to the products I use and if I need to find another solution if you are.

PLEASE MAKE SURE NOT TO GET YOUR BROWS LASHES WET FOR THE FIRST 24-48 HOURS! As this can affect the treatment as they need to adjust to your routine.

You will receive a care package from me at the end of your appointment, Please follow them correctly as it keeps them healthy and moisturised.

ALL POLICIES

I give a 10 minute late time if any later than 10 minutes to your appointment I will no longer longer be able to carry out the appointment as it will set me back with other clients which isn’t fair on others.

Payments take bank transfer contactless or cash if your cash please make sure you bring the correct amount to your appointment.

A £10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm and save your appointment if not sent over any more will be able to claim your slot as you haven’t secured it.

When cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, please alert me 48 hours before your appointment if cancelled less than 24 hours you’ll need to pay a fee of 50% of your service you are down for.

If not completed, you will be on a time out from booking in with me until your cancellation fee is paid if not completed at all you will be banned from booking in with me again in the foreseeable future until paid off your previous cancellation or no-shows.

If you need to reschedule, we will carry your deposit over to the reschedule day if done in the 48 hour notice period.
