Please follow the following aftercare for the best retention and to keep your new nails looking fresh! *** * avoid hot baths and swimming for 24hours *** * avoid sunbeds, saunas & steam rooms for 24hours *** * use cuticle oil at least once a day and as often as possible, don’t forget to place it at the free edge aswell as the cuticle area *** * hand cream is essential in colder months , and for those with dry skin *** * do not use your nails as tools! *** * wear gloves when doing housework and gardening *** * maintain your nails regularly by booking regular maintenance appointments - every 3 weeks is my recommended time *** * do not pick or file the gel off your nails, this is super important! Improper removal damages the nail plate and weakens the nails *** * practice using the pads of your finger tips rather than your nails when typing (this is a game changer!) *** * dependant on your lifestyle certain nail lengths or shapes may not work for you, I will always give my recommendation of length & shape so you can get the best out of your nails
