Terms and Conditions for Nail Studio by Amy

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Amy Brown, a self-employed nail technician, at my home salon “Nail Studio by Amy”.

1. Services Offered

I offer the following nail services: Gel Polish Application BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) Services

2. Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through https://booksolo.co/nailstudiobyamy

A confirmation will be sent via https://booksolo.co/nailstudiobyamy once the appointment is booked.

3. Lateness

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

Late arrivals may still be charged the full price of the booked service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service booked.

No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.

5. Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Payment for the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash and card.

Prices are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any price changes before services are rendered..

6. Health and Safety

Clients are required to inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to the service.

I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it may cause harm to the client or myself.

7. Refunds and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify me within 24 hours so that we can discuss a resolution.

Refunds are not provided, but I will do my best to address any concerns.

8. Personal Items

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments. I am not liable for lost or damaged items.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
