Terms & Conditions

• A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are taken at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

• Bookings can be made via Instagram DM or Solo (linked in bio)

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

• Failure to pay outstanding cancellation fees will result in being unable to book with me in the future.

• I understand emergencies happen and will always consider situations on a case-by-case basis, however please inform me as soon as possible.

• In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will either be refunded or carried over to a future booking, depending on your preference.

• Once a deposit has been refunded or transferred, this matter is considered resolved and does not affect future bookings.

• Please arrive on time to your appointment.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full service and your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you know you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible so I can advise whether we can still go ahead.

• I do not offer acrylic infills on work completed by other nail technicians.

• If you arrive with nails done elsewhere, this will be treated as a removal + new set and charged accordingly.

• If you are unsure what service to book, please message me before booking.

• Failure to book the correct service does not entitle you to a refund.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the correct service is booked.

• If an incorrect service is booked and there is not enough time to complete the correct service, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

• By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies above.
