Deposits paid are non refundable but if you rearrange your appointment 48 hours before your appointment I will move your deposit to your new booking.
Please allow at least 48 hours before cancelling your appointment otherwise you will loose your deposit.
No shows will have to pay 100% of the treatment cost.
