Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to two full days before your appointment date.
Cancellations or changes made one full day before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.
Appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment will be charged in full.
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all new clients. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment and may be transferred to a future booking if rescheduled within the notice period.
These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine & to support the running of Nova Nails as a self-employed professional service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. As Nova Nails operates on a strictly one-to-one basis, early arrivals may not always be possible. If you do arrive early, kindly message first to check availability, as I may still be with a previous client.
A 15-minute buffer is scheduled between appointments to allow for thorough cleaning, preparation & resetting the space. Arriving on time ensures your treatment can be delivered to the high standard I aim for & allows appointments to run smoothly throughout the day.
Nova Nails is a private, home-based studio & all appointments are strictly 1:1. For this reason, children & additional guests are not permitted. This helps maintain a calm environment & is necessary for health, safety & insurance purposes.

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly and receives the time it deserves, please choose your service carefully.
If you are a returning client & your set is no more than 4 weeks old, please book The Refreshed Set
If your current set was applied elsewhere, The Reset Removal must be booked. I do not work over products applied elsewhere.
If your current set was applied by me, The Refreshed Removal may be required when:
The Refreshed Removal should be booked with your chosen service — either a The Structured Overlay or The Extension Set.
Structured gels are offered in a range of soft pink and nude tones.
If you’d like a full colour base or designs, these must be added on at the time of booking.
Please select repairs and add-ons in advance where possible. If I’m able to accommodate any last-minute additions during your appointment, they will be charged accordingly.
