Age Policy • 16 & under: Parent/guardian must attend appointment + both IDs required. No parent/guardian = appointment cancelled & rebooking required. • 17+: Valid ID + self-consent required. • Oral piercings: 17+ only • Dermals: 18+ only

Cancellation Policy • Same-day cancellations require a new booking. • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Less than 48 hours’ notice = rebooking required.

No Shows

• Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice before the scheduled appointment time, the full appointment fee will be retained or charged. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another booking can be made.

Appointment Confirmation • After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and consultation form.

• Your form must be completed before your appointment or service will be refused.

• Plus +1s are not permitted unless the client is under 16.

• Once completed, just arrive to your appointment — can’t wait to see you 🥰

Lateness Policy Please arrive on time and plan your journey in advance. • 5 mins late: £5 fee • 10 mins late: £10 fee • 15 mins late: Appointment cancelled & rebooking required/ charge will be £15 plus an additional fee for each minute thereafter.

Lateness will not be accepted.

Payment Method • Cash only — please bring the exact amount.

Emergency / Out of Hours Appointments • Sundays/ Bank Holidays are classed as out of hours 💗 • £15 additional fee for appointments before 12pm or after 6pm.
