IF YOU BOOK THESE SERVICES NOT FOLLOWING AGE POLICY YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION: You will need to rebook new appointment as notice is 48 hours.
48 hours before the appointment you can reschedule for another day/time. If you’d like to cancel your deposit will not be refunded. After 48 hours you will not be able to reschedule unless you rebook.
NO SHOWS: Whole total is taken from card .
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: Once appointment has been confirmed you’ll receive a receipt and confirmation email where you’ll fill out a consultation form. Without the consultation form filled I will refuse service. Once confirmation is filled out just arrive to your appointment, can’t wait to see you🥰.
LATENESS FEES: Please ensure your on time as I am strict planning your journey from beforehand. Every client has a 15 minute time period.
5 Minutes - £5 10 Minutes - £10 15 Minutes - Cancelled, you will have to rebook. LATENESS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
