Gift Voucher Policy
• All gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• The expiry date will be clearly written on the voucher.
• Vouchers must be used before the expiry date and cannot be extended.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Bookings are subject to availability so clients are advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
