I have a grace period policy of 10 mins of running late to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late there will be a late fee of £10 added to your bill.
If you are any later than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to reschedule.
You have the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24hrs before your booking. If you choose to cancel or rescheduled your appointment later then the 24hrs you will be charged 50% of your booking costs.
