Promotions & Offers – Addendum

1. Single Promotion Use Only one promotion, discount, offer or voucher may be applied per client, per booking, per transaction. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated by Beauté Lounge.
2. One-Time Use Offers Certain promotions and vouchers are strictly one-time use only and are not valid for repeat bookings. Once redeemed, they cannot be reused or reissued.
3. Non-Transferable Promotions are not transferable to another person, service, or appointment date unless authorised in writing by Beauté Lounge.
4. Validity & Expiry Each promotion has specific valid dates and conditions. Expired promotions will not be accepted.
5. Exclusions Promotions may exclude specific treatments, including but not limited to:
   • Prescription-only medicines
   • Injectable treatments (e.g. anti-wrinkle, fillers)
   • Courses or packages unless stated
6. Deposit Policy All promotional bookings are still subject to Beauté Lounge’s standard deposit and cancellation policies.
7. Right to Withdraw Beauté Lounge reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
