Lash Lifts & Brow Lamination
Spray Tanning
24 Hours Before Your Appointment
✔Complete all other beauty treatments such as facials, massage, lashes, brows and nails. (Check with your technician if their glue or tint product allows same-day spray tanning. If not compatible, reschedule your treatment or we can skip tanning face and you can purchase Spritz Tanning Water to top up face at home)
✔Shaving & Waxing:
-Shave 24 hours before your appointment -Wax 48 hours before your tan appointment ✔Avoid shaving right before your session, irritated skin and disrupted pH can change absorption and final tone
✔Exfoliate
How to Exfoliate Correctly (The Night Before)
✔Take a warm bath for 20 to 30 minutes ✔Shave during or after the bath ✔Gently buff the skin in circular motions using an exfoliating glove or mitt. Do it enough long to remove all dead skin. Exfoliate from feet to head. ✔Avoid scrubs or shower gels that contain oils or silicone, they form a barrier ✔Check your skin with a towel while drying. If any dead skin rolls off, exfoliate once more. This step ensures your skin is smooth, even.
✔If you have recently experienced sunburn or peeling, spray tan should be rescheduled. Sun-damaged or peeling skin needs 4 to 6 weeks to fully heal before tanning.
On the Day of Your Appointment
✔Shower 4+ hours before your session, not right before, this protects your pH balance ✔Do not apply perfume, deodorant, makeup or lotion to the body ✔Wear loose comfortable clothes like baggy T-shirts and joggers or pyjamas. Avoid leggings, jeans or strappy tops, as tight clothing may cause streaks from body friction or seatbelts during tan processing. ✔If it’s raining, bring an umbrella to avoid accidental water contact
Your First Rinse
✔Use lukewarm water only, no soap ✔Gently glide your hands over skin, starting from toes upwards. ( Strat rinse from feet - its key to avoid streaky tan) ✔Rinse until the water runs clear, this takes up to 2 minutes ✔Pat the skin dry, never rub ✔Do not apply lotion or makeup right after your first rinse
Rule No.1 – Relax & Trust the Process!
The First Few Hours (Before Rinsing Off the Bronzer)
Do not get wet or sweat – avoid showering, workouts, lotions, or liquid foundation on your skin.
Keep pets away – no licking!
If you accidentally get wet, pat dry immediately and gently blend with a soft makeup brush or tanning mitt. Don’t panic! The bronzer you see is not the actual tan
Your First Rinse (After the Recommended Time)
Rinse with lukewarm water only – no soap, body wash, or sponges. Use your hands to remove the bronzer. Start from the bottom (toes) and work your way up – this prevents streaks. Rinse until the water runs clear, making sure to wash hands and behind your ears. Pat dry, do not rub your skin after showering.
Do not apply moisturisers, body lotion, soap, or shower gel immediately after your first rinse
Maintaining Your Tan
Do not exfoliate until your tan starts to fade naturally. Stay hydrated! The more moisturised your skin is, the longer your tan will last. You may use a tan-extending lotion to prolong your glow. If you notice small patches (e.g., underarms, neck, or under the bust), gently rub with a damp sponge or towel in the shower to blend.
Chemical Peel & Microneedling & Glass Facial
What to Stop
To avoid excessive sensitivity, you must discontinue "active" products and certain grooming habits in the days leading up to your treatment:
Essential Pre-Peel Care
After a chemical peel, your skin is temporarily thinner and its natural protective barrier is compromised. To ensure proper healing and avoid complications like
hyperpigmentation or scarring, follow these core rules:
The Golden Rule: Hands Off
Essential Daily Routine
What to Avoid (7–10 Days)
Facial Aftercare
The goal after a professional facial is to let the ingredients absorb and give your skin barrier time to settle. Treat your skin like "new silk" for the next
24 to 72 hours.
The Immediate "Don'ts" (First 24-48 Hours)
The Recovery Routine (Next 3-5 Days)
What is Normal?
Manicure Aftercare
Key Aftercare Tips for Lasting Manicures:
Moisturize: Use hand cream frequently, particularly after washing hands, to keep skin hydrated. Maintenance: Book regular, professional maintenance appointments every 2–3 weeks for gels or 4–6 weeks for other treatments
Dermaplaning
