Please take a moment to read the following policies before booking your appointment: ⏳ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service booked. ⏰ Lateness • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled as there won’t be enough time to complete the service. You will still be charged the full amount. 🚗 Arrival Time • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. I may be with another client, and early arrivals can block the driveway or disrupt the previous appointment. By booking, you agree to these terms.
