⏳ Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service booked.⏰ Lateness
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled as there won’t be enough time to complete the service. You will still be charged the full amount.🚗 Arrival Time
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. I may be with another client, and early arrivals can block the driveway or disrupt the previous appointment.By booking, you agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and other clients’ time too!
