❌ Avoid heat: No hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or sunbeds.
❌ No exercise: Avoid heavy workouts or anything that causes sweating.
❌ No tight clothing: Wear loose, breathable clothes to prevent irritation.
❌ No touching: Avoid touching or scratching the treated area.
❌ No perfumed products: Stay away from fragranced lotions, deodorants, or self-tanning products on the waxed area.
🌿 Exfoliate gently 2–3 times a week (after 48 hours) to prevent ingrown hairs.
💧 Moisturise daily with a fragrance free lotion to keep the skin soft and hydrated.
☀️ Protect your skin with SPF if the treated area is exposed to sunlight.
