Terms and conditions

All appointments must be booked online through our booking system or via WhatsApp. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final price of your service. The remaining balance must be paid at your appointment. We accept card payments and cash.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment and your deposit may be forfeited.

For your safety, you must complete a consultation form before your first appointment. Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments, or medical history that may affect your waxing service. If you have sunburn, recent tanning, broken skin, or certain medical conditions, we may need to postpone your treatment. If you are unsure whether you can be waxed safely, please contact us before booking.

A patch test may be required for certain treatments. Refusal to have a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled for your own safety.

For health and safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment room. Please attend your appointment alone, unless previously discussed with us.

Following the correct aftercare is essential to protect your skin and achieve the best results. Full aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment. Silk Skin Wax Specialist is not responsible for any issues caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.

We are located at: 📍 WOW Beauty, Room 25A 8–10 Aerodrome Road, Colindale, NW9 5QF Please note: There is no reception desk in this shared space. When you arrive, ring number 25, then wait in the community waiting area. We will call you in as soon as we are ready.
