A £10 fee will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final balance. If you need to cancel the appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded. The appointment can be rebooked at no further cost. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
