A little bit about me ...
I'm a holistic healer & therapist with over 25 years experience based in West Cornwall offering relaxation, deep tissue, Aromatherapy, pregnancy & facial massage. I specialise in Clinical Aromatherapy (the prescribing of essential oils & massage with). I am also a Reiki Master Teacher & proud to be a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists & accredited by The Professional Standards Agency.
I hope to offer you a place where you can relax, heal and restore.

Today I had my 3rd pregnancy massage with Alison, 1st one in her beautiful new therapy room. Alison is really friendly & welcoming, she provides a calming and relaxing environment. Prior to having my 1st massage with Alison I’d never had a pregnancy massage before and was a little apprehensive as to how it would be. Alison made sure that I was comfortable several times throughout, ensuring that I had enough towels/cushions in the right areas. Each time I have left Alison feeling very relaxed and content. If baby stays put a few more weeks then I’m very much looking forward to my next treatment. If not, I’m still looking forward to my next treatment just a few weeks later than hoped! Again, thanks Alison for providing such a relaxing and calming space and for carrying out such lovely massages.

You can book on-line or you can contact me to book (this is especially important if you have any medical issues you need to discuss with me so that we can adapt your treatment accordingly). Rescheduling your appointment - You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours beforehand on-line. After this time you can phone me to reschedule. Non-attendance - If you don't attend your appointment a 50% charge of your treatment cost will be made.
