•Payment Options: Remaining balances can be paid in exact cash or by card. Please be prepared for payment at the time of your appointment.
•Solo Visits: To maintain a calm environment, please come alone. If someone will accompany you, kindly inform me beforehand.
•Pre-Appointment Prep: Arrive with clean lashes and brows, as appropriate for your treatment.
•Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please give 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling otherwise the full payment will be charged.
•Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment price.
•Lateness: Arriving 10+ minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and a full charge.
