cancellations must be made with 48hrs notice. 24hrs before will be charged at 50% of treatment price.

No shows/ On day cancellations will be charged full treatment price.

I have a grace period of 10minutes, if you are late this cuts into your treatment there for I may not be able to complete the treatment, for example nail art.

Polite reminder no young children are allowed in the salon unattended. this is for their safety and for you to enjoy your appointment.
