▪️A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your booking.
▪️Once your booking is confirmed, hair must be dropped off/sent off 3 days before your appointment. Any later will incur an extra £5 on top of your final balance.
▪️Upon arrival NO plus ones are allowed.
▪️To achieve the best install make sure your hair is braided in neat and flat cainrow (or check add-ons to include it to your appointment).
▪️Please send me a DM before dropping off your hair, to ensure I’m Available to collect it.
▪️Label your hair with your Name, Date Of Appt, Number & Service you are booked for.
‼️Any later than 3 days before your appointment will incur an extra £5 on top of your final balance‼️
Please try and arrive on time to avoid a late fee/your appointment being cancelled 15 mins late-£5 fee 20 mins late- £10 fee 30 mins late- appointment cancelled

Jet Black Burgundy Highlights
This service includes full colouring, wash/condition, and basic styling (blow dry + straightening). Customisation like plucking, bleaching knots or install is not included unless booked separately.

Bring your old wig back to life with a: -full wash -deep-conditioning treatment -blow-dry, and restyle. Perfect for wigs that need refreshing before an install or for clients who simply want their unit revived and ready to wear again. Does NOT include installation. Please book a reinstall separately if required.

Frontals can also be purchased from @R_pnzlhair on IG. A minimum of 7-10 days before collection of wig.
