Card Details Card details are required to confirm your booking. Your details are stored in a secure system and will only be used after your appointment or if your appointment is marked as cancelled or a no-show.
No Show’s All No shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the service price. We will do our absolute best to accomodate emergencies as we know some things can't be helped. We allow a 24 hour grace period where we will reach out to you, If no contact is made in this time the fee will be charged.
Cancellations All Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of 25% of the service price. We will do our absolute best to accomodate emergencies as we know some things can't be helped. We allow a 24 hour grace period where we will reach out to you, If no contact is made in this time the fee will be charged.
Reschedules All rescheduling must be done at least 2 hour prior to your appointment time. We allow 1 reschedule per booking.
Late arrivals All appointments are held for 15 minutes. If no contact has been made your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no show. Your card on file will be charged a 50% fee.
Payment of fees Please note. All future bookings will not be confirmed until payments have been received.
