By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Appointments A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a charge for the missed service. 2. Refunds & Corrections Customers are entitled to a full refund if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of appointment time. Deposit is not refundable, but may be transferred to towards new appointment. No show's forfeit deposit and it cannot be transferred. If you experience any issues, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment so I can assess and, if appropriate, offer a correction service. Once services have been performed, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know at the time of the appointment so I can fix it there and then. Any fix's necessary within 7 days of the service will be free of charge. 3. Health & Reactions Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment. By booking, you acknowledge that I am not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur during or after your treatment. Patch tests are available upon request and may be required for certain treatments. 4. Aftercare Proper aftercare is essential to maintain your results and prevent irritation or damage. Aftercare advice will be provided following each treatment. 5. Personal Conduct Please arrive with clean lashes/nails if applicable. Children and additional guests are not permitted during treatments for safety and comfort reasons. 6. Privacy All client information is kept confidential and used only for treatment and booking purposes. Photos or videos may be taken for portfolio or social media use, with your consent.
