I understand that sometimes plans change, illness happens or unexpected circumstances come up. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
As a small independent business, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations can mean I don't have enough time to offer the appointment to another client, so the following policy applies:
24 hours or more notice
If you give at least 24 hours' notice, your appointment can be cancelled or rearranged and any deposit or payment already made can be transferred to your new appointment.
Less than 24 hours' notice
For cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit or booking payment may be retained. If your treatment has been paid for in full, the appointment fee may be forfeited and a new payment may be required to book another appointment.
Missed appointments
If you don't attend your appointment and haven't contacted me beforehand, the full appointment fee will be retained. A new payment will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Courses & treatment packages
If you're booked onto a prepaid course or treatment package, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to rearrange a session. With less than 24 hours' notice, that session may be counted as used.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling
If appointments are repeatedly cancelled or rearranged, I may ask for full payment in advance before accepting another booking.
Genuine emergencies
I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unavoidable circumstances happen. These will always be considered individually, and I reserve the discretion to make an exception where appropriate.

Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid on or before the day of your treatment. For non-surgical body sculpting courses, a ÂŁ99 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your course. The remaining balance will be payable as agreed when booking. Please note that your appointment or course is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. All deposits and payments are subject to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
All clients must be over 18 and will give written consent to any treatment via the consultation form.
If the client is between 16-18 then they must be accompanied by either their parent/guardian who must sign a consent form and be present throughout treatment.
All prices shown on the website are the prices you will pay, with no hidden fees.
Treatment times shown include any consultation required as part of your appointment.
Appointments are available at both Vicky's Holistic Healing in Bear Cross and The Beauty Collective on Anchor Road.
