I understand that sometimes life happens. I do however require 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours beforehand. After this period, a cancellation fee of 50–100% of your appointment cost may apply, depending on the number of occurrences. This fee covers your reserved time slot and the lost opportunity for other bookings.

This payment is required before booking any more appointments.

I generally cover postcodes within a 10-mile radius. However, I’m always happy to make exceptions where possible. For locations outside this area, a small travel surcharge of £1.00 per mile applies to cover additional time and travel costs.
