A 50% deposit is required when booking your treatment.
This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice / No-Show: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, will be charged the full appointment amount. No future bookings will be accepted until this balance has been paid in full.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred if more than 48 hours notice is given.
Lateness:
If you are late your treatment may have to be shortened, you will still be charged the amount for your treatment. If you are 10+ minutes late to a beauty treatment, the treatment may not be able to be carried out and you will still be charged the full amount.
