By booking an appointment with ab.beautycollective, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to confirming your booking.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments may be made through our official booking system or by contacting us directly via messaging. All appointment times are reserved exclusively for you once confirmed.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on availability. Full service charges will still apply.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
By booking an appointment with ab.beautycollective, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
4. Refunds
All services provided by ab.beautycollective are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us during your appointment or within 24 hours so we can assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer a resolution.
5. Health, Allergies & Medical Conditions
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or contraindications prior to their appointment. ab.beautycollective is not responsible for adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed.
Patch tests may be required for certain treatments. Refusal of a recommended patch test is done at the client’s own risk.
6. Right to Refuse Service
ab.beautycollective reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for reasons including, but not limited to, late arrival, health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
7. Pricing
Prices are subject to change; however, reasonable notice will be provided prior to any price adjustments. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply unless the service is altered during the appointment.
8. Personal Belongings
ab.beautycollective is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review them prior to each booking.
