When you request an appointment, you may be asked to pay a booking fee to secure this appointment. If you do not pay the booking fee within 24 hours, your appointment is not secured and will be open to be booked by someone else.
Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable at all times unless I have had to cancel your booking. Booking fees are non-transferrable except where 48 hours notice has been provided by you of another date to reschedule you to (this does not apply to bridal bookings).
Please kindly give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation where possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you may be asked to pay a booking fee equal to 100% of any future appointment to be booked in which will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be asked to settle the entire cost of the cancelled appointment before you are able to book another appointment.
Last minute cancellations could have been an appointment for someone else which results in a loss of earnings and time. These terms are not negotiable.
