1. Bookings - A deposit is required to secure your appointment (non-refundable if you cancel late or don’t attend). 2. Deposits & Payments - Deposits are deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment. - Full payment is required at the end of your service. - I accept cash and card payments (excluding AMEX) 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. - “No-shows” will be charged 50% off the service cost lost, and will not be able to rebook until this payment is made. 4. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be amended to fit the allotted time or rescheduled, if rescheduled your deposit may be forfeited. 5. Client Responsibilities - Please ensure your hair is free from heavy products before colour or styling services. - If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions which may affect your service, please inform me before your appointment. - A patch test is required for colour services at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. - A new patch test is required for colour services at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you haven’t had your hair colour done within a 6 month time frame. 6. Children & Guests - To maintain a safe and relaxed environment, please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless agreed beforehand, the salon is a small hazardous environment. 7. Refunds & Redo Policy - Refunds are not offered for completed services. - If you are unhappy with your result, please contact me within 48 hours so I can discuss adjustments or corrections. 8. Privacy - Your personal information is kept secure and will only be used for managing bookings and communications.
