By booking an appointment with Abigail Grace Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Abigail Grace Beauty, including but not limited to permanent makeup, semi-permanent makeup, cosmetic tattooing, and related treatments.
1. Booking Fee (Deposit)
- A booking fee (deposit) is required to secure all appointments.
- The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The booking fee is taken to reserve your appointment time and to cover lost time in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
- No appointment is confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred once to a new appointment date.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited.
- Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in loss of the booking fee.
- If a booking fee is forfeited, a new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.
- Booking fees can only be transferred once per booking.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled.
- If the appointment cannot go ahead due to lateness, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
4. Payments
- The remaining balance of your treatment is due on the day of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods are cash, card, or bank transfer.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. No Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be given for any services that have been started or completed.
- This includes dissatisfaction with results, personal preference, healed outcome, or change of mind.
- By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that permanent makeup is a personal and subjective service.
6. Results & Expectations
- Results vary from person to person due to skin type, lifestyle, medical history, aftercare, and individual healing.
- Results are not guaranteed.
- Touch-ups may be required to achieve or maintain results and are not included unless explicitly stated.
- Fading, uneven retention, or colour changes are considered normal.
7. Medical Conditions & Client Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic treatments prior to booking.
- Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of treatment without refund.
- Abigail Grace Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
8. Aftercare
- Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed.
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions may negatively affect results and will not be grounds for a refund or free correction.
- Abigail Grace Beauty is not responsible for issues arising from poor aftercare.
9. Age Requirement & Consent
- Clients must be 18 years or older.
- Valid photo ID may be required.
- By booking, you confirm that you consent to the procedure and understand the associated risks.
10. Right to Refuse Service
- Abigail Grace Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
- This includes inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow policies, or medical contraindications.
- Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund of the booking fee.
11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions before booking.
12. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Abigail Grace Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above, including the non-refundable nature of the booking fee and the no-refund policy on completed services.
