Booking and Appointments 2.1. Appointments can be booked online or through the contact information provided on our website. 2.2. A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment. 2.3. Please note that appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling 3.1. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 3.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. 3.3. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment and is subject to availability. 4. Services 4.1. Our range of services is designed to cater to all hair types, with a focus on providing exceptional care and expertise. 4.2. We strive to accommodate your preferences and specific needs, but we reserve the right to decline services that fall outside of our policies or expertise. 5. Payment Terms 5.1. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or card. 5.2. The remaining balance after your deposit is payable on the day of your appointment. 5.3. Please ensure payment is made promptly to avoid any additional fees. 6. Studio Policies 6.1. To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children unless agreed in advance. 6.2. Punctuality is greatly appreciated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. 7. Workshops 7.1. Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice. 7.2. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe learning environment, Aboj Studio cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or loss incurred during workshops. 8. Refunds and Feedback 8.1. Due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued for completed appointments. 8.2.
