If you have any lifting within 72 hours of your appointment, please inform me and I will repair them for free as soon as possible for you.
If you need anything fixed after 72 hours there will be a fee of £4 per nail.
I provide aftercare advise on my website and on your booking emails, I also discuss this at your appointment and offer cuticle oil for sale but it is up to you to take care of your new nails.
Your appointment may range from 2 to 4 hours depending on the service you need and the nail design you have requested.
I am still relatively new to this and am still refining my skills and timing and I do not like to rush your nails and I want you to be 100% happy with the final look.
Beautiful nails can take time!
New clients are required to pay a non-refundable £10 booking fee to secure an appointment. This fee will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
Please arrive at the salon with bare nails. I am unable to infill or remove another salon's work.
I accept cash or bank transfer. I can take contactless card payments but there is a small fee for this.
Payment is required immediately following your treatment.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 48hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price. I understand that things come up but I have to be able to cover some of my time and costs.
No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost which must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
